Solutions to common issues you might encounter.
Design isn't generating
If your design seems stuck in the "generating" state:
- • Check your internet connection
- • Refresh the page and try again
- • Simplify your prompt if it's very complex
- • Contact support if the issue persists
Design looks different than expected
AI can interpret prompts differently. Try:
- • Being more specific in your description
- • Attaching reference images
- • Using follow-up messages to refine: "Make the button bigger", "Use blue instead of green"
- • Switching to Edit mode for precise manual adjustments
Can't see my projects
If your projects aren't showing:
- • Make sure you're signed in to the correct account
- • Check if you're in "My files" (not "Shared with me")
- • Refresh the page to reload your project list
Exported code doesn't work
When integrating exported code:
- • Ensure you have all required dependencies installed
- • Check that your project uses Tailwind CSS
- • Verify you have the correct versions of React and TypeScript
- • Review any console errors for specific issues
Out of credits
If you've run out of credits:
- • Upgrade to Pro for generous monthly credits
- • Edit existing components manually (doesn't use credits)
- • Credits reset monthly for Pro subscribers
- • Contact sales for enterprise credit packages
